We originally had another agent from another company that was going to handle our sale. After talking we decided she wasn't a good fit for us and Chris was recommended to us from Eagle Realty and we couldn't have been more happy with the result. Chris showed patience with us and persistance in getting our property viewed and getting helpful feedback as well. He is very knowledgeable in what he does and knows how to work with both buyers and sellers alike to help make a stressful time for both more manageable. We were very happy with the work that Chris provided and obviously the result. We would highly recommend Chris to any seller or buyer. You won't regret it!

Help me buy my very first home - what a great process and smooth!

My husband and I wanted to express our extreme satisfaction with our realtor Theresa Stewart. Theresa did an outstanding job for us in helping us find our home in North Myrtle Beach. She was quick to communicate information to us, as I am sure you are aware we were in Florida trying to pack and prepare for our move. She went above and beyond by stopping by our home, without our asking, during the final phases of construction by keeping us updated with the progress. This helped keep our minds at ease as we were so far away. We were extremely comfortable having her represent us during the first walk through of our new home and she went through the house with an eagle's eye. She was so thoughtful, she even brought us some necessary items and lunch fixings on our move in day. Barbara Taylor of Eagle Realty was the agent I used to sell my home in Little River, SC. From the day I first signed on with her, she was very professional and worked diligently towards getting a sale. She was a great help in making sure my home was presentable for viewing and was very knowledgeable about not only the sequence of how things were going to happen as the selling process continued but also other possible items that might come in to play which we might have to prepare for. Barbara definitely was looking out for my best interest and kept me in the loop with everything during the whole process. She was always available for questions or paperwork issues I had and if needed, could find someone who knew answers to things that neither one of us could figure out. I’ve sold other properties during the years with other agents in the northeast United States but I can truly say that none of them put in the amount of time and effort that Barbara did on my behalf. For that I am very grateful.

We rented a summer condo in North Myrtle and it was more than we expected! Our Realtor was helpful. The condo was just perfect! We have two young children and didn't want a high rise with a balcony. The condo was on the first floor, it had a lovely patio, and the inside of the condo was updated nicely. Eagle Realty has the best properties!

We found that listing our condo w/Eagle turned out to be a very pleasant experience, and Chris to be very knowledgeable and efficient - always returning our phone calls & e-mails promptly.

My wife and I couldn't be happier with our realtor. Chris was able to find us a summer rental on a month to month basis ( witch can be incredibly tough in Myrtle Beach) . Though out our nit picking and second guessing , he was able to remain optimistic and encouraging . Family Vacation We had a great time and truly enjoyed the condo. The condo is very modernized and kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and baking. The condo has a relaxing feel to it with very comfortable furniture. The place is kept extremely clean and up to date. Tidewater is a resort that has much to offer with the pools, gym, tennis courts etc. We were 19 in total renting several units and everyone had a blast. Thank you for sharing your place with us.
